El Pollo Loco in Arcadia

We are regular customer there and never experienced this before. The worst service ever. We were told that our order will have to wait for 20 minutes and I told her that was ok, but then we waited for 40 minutes then went to asked the girl that I ordered. She said when the order ready is ready you got to wait. Then I give them my patience and waited for another 10 minutes. My husband went asked her again what about the 20 minutes now then she said I told you was 30 minutes wait. In the mean time that we wait, the girl that take order handing money trying to check the foods with her hands that were handed the money with out clean her hands. I will never go back to this place again. If there is no STAR, I will choose that instead of 1 Star and I shouldn't gave them tips, waste my money. They are not worth to give them not even a penny.

Normally decent food. Today I had a coupon to try their tamales. Such a shock, the most dry, no flavor, gross, the husk didn't even stay attached to the tamal! Trader Joe's tamales have more flavor, so you get the idea. $ave your money and get real tamales.

This place has extraordinary service as well as yummy food. My favourite spot in town. The food arrived fast and the prices were fair. Will definitely recommend this place.

I normally always have a decent experience at this El Pollo Loco however this time I felt the need to say something. I ordered the shrimp and chicken enchilada platter there was two pieces of shrimp in my enchilada, and like five pieces of chicken inside of the other. It doesn't even come close to the picture or have the amount of chicken that's in the $2 al la cart chicken taco. The platter is extremely overpriced for the amount of food you get, $8!

Today is national Burrito day...who knew that was even a thing? Anyway I went to El Pollo Loco and ordered a Chicken "Avocado" Burrito in honor of the day and because they offered a BOGO deal. I watched them assemble my burritos and was surprised to see them put one thin slice of avocado in the middle of the burrito. I'm sure this covers the legal requirement to call the product a Chicken Avocado Burrito, but it explains why I can hardly taste any avocado in the burrito. If the crazy chicken people want more stars from me they need to put three slices of avocado down the length of the burrito.

Usually for salsa, when getting bigger quantities, people place the salsa on their plates after receiving the food, instead of using multiple tiny cups. However tonight when my family and I went to this branch, they said it was unsanitary when we got salsa on a CLEAN plate. When we were about to leave, we asked for sauce cups to go, and we were told by the manager to REUSE the cups we got earlier after they made a BIG deal about staying sanitary.

Awesome place. The chicken there is so delicious and everything is just so good! Fast and good service with friendly staff. Amazing sauces and condiments. What more can you ask for?

I don't have a problem with El Pollo Loco's food. Nevertheless, I feel that it is necessary to present this aspect of our experience in this review.We were there this evening, and everybody in our group received multiple bug bites on our persons. A clean eating environment, including freedom from being attacked by bugs, has to be a basic and a minimum condition for an eating facility.

Shifty chicken and manager was rude and gave attitude as well as letting workers dine inside the premesises instead of telling them to eat lunch at the tables outside rules and rules nd noone should be allowed to dine inside no matter who they are or where they work

This use to be my favorite place. I don't understand there reasoning cuz I asked for serrano chiles with my Pollo bowl and they can't give them out but they can give you salsa. I won't be back again

It was delicious!!! The chicken was juicy, tender inside and a little bit of crispy on the skin. Love the cole slaw, mash potatoes/gravy and macaroni. Most of the El Apollo Locco aren't this fresh.Big parking lot and service was fast. Staffs were very friendly.

I forgot the salsa while a chip was put into my mouth. I looked at the grilled chicken and the mash potatoes. That's when I realize happiness could be in such a form of simplicity. It was beautiful.

Yadera , the manager runs a tight clean ship. Our food came hot, the place is clean, and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. This is the best El Pollo loco we have ever been to. We will drive and put the effort in to come here again. Thanks for great eating experience.

At the moment you come to that place the personel give you a great feeling. Very congenial waiters, it is a happy restaurant to pass time with friends or with your date. very good food, talented chef, modest pay and attentive service. Highly recommended.

There's one cashier girl who can't understand “Mac & cheese”. Everytime I say Mac n cheese, she gives me Mashed potato. I have to say cheese for her to understand. They need to train her to listen.
